Lakes Region Website Design in Tilton, NH

Websites that bring in calls, not just compliments.

I design and build custom WordPress websites for trades and small businesses across New Hampshire. Every site is written for the searches your customers use, built to load fast on a phone, and tracked so you can see the calls it brings in.

Every site includes

  • A custom, mobile-first WordPress build
  • Tap-to-call on every page
  • Contact forms tested and logged
  • Local SEO and schema set up from day one
  • Google Analytics and Search Console connected
  • Lead and call tracking built in
  • USMC Veteran owned
  • Based in Tilton, NH
  • 50+ local sites managed
  • Most sites live in 4 to 6 weeks
  • You own your domain and content

What makes it different

Built for Google and for the person holding a phone

Most small business sites are designed to look good in a meeting. Mine are designed for the moment a homeowner in Meredith searches for help, taps your listing and decides in a few seconds whether to call.

That means pages written around your real services and the towns you serve, a phone number that is always one tap away, and forms that are tested before launch and logged after it. It also means the site is ready for local SEO the day it goes live instead of needing to be fixed later.

  • Written by the same person who handles your SEO
  • Built on WordPress and Kadence, so you are never locked in
  • Fast, clean pages without heavy page builder bloat

The pages that do the work

  • A homepage that says who you are and where you work
  • One page per core service you want more of
  • Town pages for the areas you serve
  • An about page with real people and real photos
  • A contact page with your service area and hours
  • Reviews and project photos throughout

    How it works

From first call to launch day

Four steps, with you in the loop at each one.

    Step 1

    Plan

We talk through your services, the towns you serve and the jobs you want more of. That becomes the page list and the written plan.

    Step 2

    Build

I build the site on a temporary address, so your domain and your current site are never at risk while the work happens.

    Step 3

    Review

You see the real site, click through it on your own phone, and ask for changes before anything goes live.

    Step 4

    Launch

Old pages are redirected to their closest match, forms are tested, Search Console gets the new sitemap, and tracking starts on day one.

The one thing I need from you

Real photos beat stock photos every time

The biggest thing that slows down a new website is photos. Customers can spot stock images, and Google can too. Pictures of your crew, your trucks and your finished jobs build more trust than anything I can write.

A recent phone is fine. Take them in good daylight, shoot the finished work straight on, and send more than you think you need. I’ll handle cropping, sizing and naming them so they help your SEO.

    Photos worth sending

    • You and your crew, on the job or by the truck
    • Before and after shots of real projects
    • Your shop, office or equipment
    • Vehicles with your name on them
    • Local landmarks near jobs you have done

“Bill was an amazing resource and his follow-thru was impeccable; we badly needed an updated and re-built website which Bill accommodated with aplomb. Bill was quick to respond to any and all feedback I offered and ran with several facets of the website adding unique character and detail that we did not have in its prior form. I would highly recommend Bill’s services; as a small business owner in NH I recognize the need for folks like Bill who can help build a platform and increase on-line presence. On top of this, Bill is a great guy…very personable, friendly, and respectful. 5 Stars!”

    Questions

    Website design questions

Most sites launch in four to six weeks. The biggest variable is content, mainly photos and details from you. Work happens on a temporary address, so a domain question never holds up the build.

Not if it’s done carefully. Before launch I map every old page to its closest new match and set up permanent redirects, then submit the new sitemap to Google. Redirecting everything to the homepage is what loses rankings, and I don’t do that.

WordPress gives you full ownership of your site and the freedom to move it anywhere. Hosted builders tie your website to their platform. WordPress with the Kadence framework also stays fast and gives me full control over the SEO details that help local businesses rank.

Yes. I write the pages based on a conversation with you about your services, your towns and your customers. You review everything before launch, and your own words and stories always make it better.

Yes. Your domain and your content belong to your business, and your Google accounts stay in your name. If you ever move on, everything goes with you.

It depends on how many pages you need and what the site has to do. You get a written proposal with a fixed price and a clear page list before any work starts. A free 30-minute call is the place to begin.
